Koko: Only 3 of Duterte promises unfulfilled

President Duterte has fulfilled 80 percent of his campaign promises and must be emulated by village officials, Sen. Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III said on Wednesday.
Among the promises that President Duterte delivered, Pimentel said, was the increase in passport validity to 10 years.

He also delivered on a promise to raise salaries of policemen and soldiers and cut red tape, Pimentel added.
“Based on my audit, he has three promises yet to be delivered—end labor contractualization, fulfill peace talks and federalism,” Pimentel said. — MARIA ADELAIDA CALAYAG
