LUCENA CITY – Five suspected drug pushers were arrested in three separate buy bust operations in this city on Wednesday, police said Thursday.
Supt. Romulo Albacea, Lucena police chief, said anti-illegal drugs operatives arrested McDaniel De Castro, Benjamin Macaraig, Limuel Mellomida, Irine Lanzaderas and Vivian Cesario, after they sold shabu (crystal meth) to undercover policemen in three operations in different parts of the city.
The suspects yielded a total of 38 grams of shabu worth P190,550 in the street market. Authorities also seized a motorcycle from one of the suspects believed being used in drug distributions. DELFIN T. MALLARI JR.
