Minor raped after drinking session

An 18-year-old man was arrested for raping a minor female after a drinking session in Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City.

According to a report from the Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) of Mandaluyong City Police, Jasper Gailomo of Block 40 of Addition Hills, stopped the girl from going home after having a round of drinks with him.

The victim who was identified as “RVD”, not her real name, was sexually abused afterward.

RVD, also of Mandaluyong, was accompanied by her mother in filing a complaint before the WCPD.  Authorities then coordinated with Precinct I which led to the arrest of Gailomo.

The victim was brought by WCPD officers to the Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory in Camp Crame for examination.  A rape charge has been filed against the suspect, who is currently under the custody of the Mandaluyong police. /cbb
