Cop nabbed for firing indiscriminately in Ecija terminal

CABANATUAN CITY — A policeman was detained on Thursday (June 14) for firing a gun for no reason at 4 a.m. in the Cabanatuan Central Terminal.

PO2 Richard Butic, 39, a Sto. Domingo town resident, who is assigned at the Bulacan police drug enforcement unit, hit the bumper of a parked bus with his cal. 9mm service pistol.

Responding policemen said he may have been drunk.
