Parañaque City police on Thursday arrested two Chinese nationals for allegedly detaining a Chinese businessman who owed them money.

Operatives of the Parañaque City Police arrested Xiong Tao and Liao Yifei for arbitrarily detaining Chou Yin Chin at the Sky Tower Hotel of Solaire Resort and Casino.

Southern Police District director Chief Supt. Tomas Apolinario Jr. said the 37-year-old businessman owed the suspects some P300,000.
