About 500 members of the militant urban poor group Kadamay trooped to Rodriguez, Rizal in an attempt to occupy a housing project for policemen and soldiers.

Radyo Inquirer 990 AM reported on Wednesday that the militants arrived on jeepneys at the site at around 5:00 a.m. at Barangay San Isidro.

The report said the Kadamay members immediately occupied the vacant houses of the project’s Phase 1-A.

To recall, the militant group earlier attempted to occupy the houses located in Phase 1-B of the same housing project site but they were unsuccessful. with Jong Manlapaz/Radyo Inquirer
