MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather and possible isolated rain showers are expected nationwide on Thursday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In an early morning advisory, Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio added that no low-pressure area (LPA) is currently being monitored inside the Philippine area of responsibility.

“Fair weather po tayo sa Luzon kung saan ay makararanas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan. May tyansa pa rin po sa hapon o gabi ang mga isolated na pag-ulan dahil sa thunderstorm. Fair weather din po sa Visayas at sa Mindanao,” he said.

(Fair weather is expected in Luzon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail. Isolated rain showers in the afternoon or evening due to thunderstorms are possible. Fair weather is also expected in the Visayas and Mindanao.)
