Muntinlupa village chair shot dead by 2 men

Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon ordered the police on Thursday to catch the killers of a barangay official, saying “violence has no place” in the city. Barangay Buli Chair Ronaldo “Kaok” Loresca was shot dead on Wednesday night by two unidentified men on a motorcycle outside a store on Manuel L. Quezon Street, according to a police report. A witness described one of the suspects as dressed in a shirt with the logo of ride-hailing app JoyRide, while the other was in a black shirt.
