Synopsis
Tail-end of a cold front affecting Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.
Forecast
Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains becoming widespread rains over the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas except during thunderstorms.
