South Rail project overpriced by $70M

MANILA, Philippines -- The South Rail project has been overpriced by $70 million and those who were following up the project assured him that they would take care of Malacañang, Rodolfo Lozada Jr., the key witness in the Senate inquiry into the national broadband network controversy.

Lozada, who was also involved in the project, said, ?Sina Anthony Wang na yan. Sila na raw bahala sa Palasyo [Leave that to Anthony Wang. They will take care of the Palace].?
