Massive infra spending set

Eight armed men abducted two elementary school officials in Zamboanga del Sur, police said Tuesday. Reports from Zamboanga police regional office (PRO 9) confirmed the abduction of Kumalarang Central Elementary School supervisors Rudy Luna and his wife Tessie last Monday night.

Exactly a week after Mayor Ocol Talumpa of Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur, and three other persons were killed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Pasay City, the police has filed charges of murder and frustrated murder against the alleged gunman and companions.

Mayor Ocol Talumpa of Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur, who was killed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila on Friday, was a no-nonsense guy who did not care if his enemies were out to kill him, a member of the Labangan municipal council said Saturday.
