The state weather bureau lifted its yellow rainfall advisory in parts of Luzon on Friday afternoon, but said rains were still expected.

The state weather bureau on Friday morning alerted the public on possible flooding in low-lying areas as it issued a yellow warning in parts of Southern Luzon.

A “yellow warning” signal was raised over Metro Manila Friday by the state weather bureau after a downpour earlier in the day.
