Red rainfall warnings lifted, Metro Manila still on Yellow

Yellow rainfall alert raised in Metro Manila, 6 provinces

With the southwest monsoon (Habagat) getting some boost from Typhoon “Jose” (international name: Halong), the weather bureau on Tuesday raised a yellow rainfall alert over Metro Manila and neighboring provinces.
