Another impeachment complaint to be filed on Monday (July 21) by the Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas (KMP) against President Benigno Aquino III will take him to task for P5.4 billion in agrarian reform funds that was allegedly facilitated through the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) to pay landowners, including the President’s relatives who own Hacienda Luisita.
