Woman saved as shotgun jams

A battered housewife in Barangay San Isidro escaped death when the shotgun her husband allegedly tried to shoot her with malfunctioned, the police said Thursday.

Senior Inspector Alexander Razonable, Malalag police chief, said Feliciana Tampos, 47, had to be rushed to a hospital for bruises and cuts, however, after her enraged husband, Felix, 41, hit her with the malfunctioning gun Wednesday night.
