2 dead in QC jeepney robbery

Two men were killed in what police said was a shootout after they allegedly robbed passengers of a jeepney plying Quezon Avenue Friday night. The slain men remained unidentified but they were recognized by the passengers as part of the trio who earlier boarded the jeepney driven by Bobbit Caseres, 29, at the Welcome rotunda and declared a holdup, according to the Quezon City Police District.
