PPCRV debunks alleged 60-30-10 pattern in precinct vote count

The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) has found “no clear evidence” of a suspicious pattern in the results of the May 13 senatorial elections, saying that voting percentages were typical voting “tendencies” observed in any electoral exercise.
