Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office Chairperson Margarita Juico apologized on Wednesday for not immediately correcting news reports that seven Catholic bishops got the high-end Pajero sports utility vehicles from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) under the Arroyo administration.
