Ex-soldier, 3 others cleared in Ella killing face illegal discharge raps

While the former soldier and his three companions were cleared for the death of seven-year old Stephanie Nicole Ella, the Caloocan City Police on Friday will file a criminal case against them for illegal discharge of firearm.

Police to conduct ‘house visits’ on gun owners in Caloocan

The Caloocan City Police will conduct a house to house visit of gun owners in the area where seven-year-old Stephanie Nicole Ella was killed by a stray bullet.

Suspect in Nicole Ella shooting accident cleared

The search for Stephanie Nicole Ella’s killer continues after the Caloocan Police said that the gun of a suspect who voluntarily surrendered late Thursday afternoon was not the gun from where the stray bullet which hit the girl on New Year’s Eve came from.
