The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) was cited on Monday by Metro Manila’s top police official for the arrest of the suspects in the killing of Mayor Erlinda Domingo in Maconacon, Isabela province.
Allegedly too stoned to be interrogated, the suspected gunman in the killing of Mayor Erlinda Domingo of Maconacon, Isabela, has yet to give investigators information that would lead the authorities to the mastermind, Interior Secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas said Saturday.
Three people, including a woman, were arrested after being tagged as possible suspects in the killing of Maconacon, Isabela Mayor Erlinda Domingo Tuesday night in Quezon City.
