Court sessions in Manila to be suspended Thursday afternoon

With heavy traffic expected on Manila’s major streets during the Black Nazarene procession, Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno has cut working hours at the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and trial courts in the city of Manila by half on Thursday.
