The Sandiganbayan on Thursday deferred the arraignment of Dr. Elenita Binay, the wife of Vice President Jejomar Binay, over her graft and malversation charges for the allegedly anomalous purchase of over P45-million worth of medical supplies and equipment when she was still the mayor of Makati City.
