Easterlies taking ‘brrr’ out of December

Warm, moist winds from the Pacific are taking the “brrr” out of December, the state weather bureau said Thursday. Explaining the slightly warm December mornings, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said easterly winds were bringing warm air to most parts of the country, including Metro Manila.
