A Cagayan de Oro City court on Friday issued warrants of arrest for the wife, father and other relatives of alleged investment scam leader Jachob “Coco” Rasuman following the filing of two new syndicated estafa complaints by the Department of Justice (DOJ) with the court.
The leader of the Rasuman group, which pulled off an investment scam said to be bigger than that of Aman Futures, was arrested in Marawi City on Tuesday.
Despite the seeming peace in Marawi City, the situation is “volatile and could explode anytime if the Coco Rasuman issue is not addressed,” according to victims of the Jachob “Coco” Rasuman pyramiding scam.
