The body of a six-year-old boy was fished out from the coastal waters off Barangay Tinaan, Naga City about 3 p.m. on Monday, three hours after he was swept by the floodwaters while trying to retrieve his slippers from the river.

An Argentine grandmother whose rights group has fought to find babies stolen during the 1976-1983 military dictatorship finally found her long-lost grandson Tuesday, 36 years after he was snatched from his mother.
