Backhoe operator in Maguindanao massacre detained in Crame for security reasons

A Quezon City court has allowed a backhoe operator tagged in the 2009 Maguindanao massacre to be detained in Camp Crame given the security risk of holding him with the other accused at the Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City.

Backhoe driver’s transfer ordered

A Quezon City judge on Tuesday ordered the immediate transfer from Cotabato City to Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City of the backhoe operator, the alleged gravedigger in the 2009 Maguindanao massacre who was arrested on Saturday.
