Body bearing signs of torture found in box on eve of Black Nazarene feast

Instead of a bomb, police found a body of man believed to have been tortured to death inside a box, which was abandoned near the shrine of the Black Nazarene in Quiapo, thus sparking a bomb scare on the eve of the image’s grand procession around Manila.
