More trouble lies ahead for Garcia

The 24.7-hectare Balili property in Barangay Tinaan, Naga City, Cebu, has brought more woes to suspended Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia as she faces a formal investigation by the Ombudsman for a P26.6-million project to fill the property, mostly under water, with earth.

Capitol treasurer cleared to OK checks
