The Bureau of Fire Protection was expected to file last Monday a complaint for arson against a 16-year-old boy who started a fire that gutted a house in Barangay (village) Saguin here on Saturday. Superintendent Emmanuel Arrozal, Pampanga fire marshal, said a closed circuit television (CCTV) footage showed the boy setting the house of Erlinda Sarmiento on fire by burning a sofa.
