President Barack Obama on Sunday defended the Malaysian government’s handling its fruitless search for Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, saying officials are working tirelessly to find the aircraft that is believed to be deep at the bottom of the Indian Ocean.

Cebu Pac passengers say they got P100K each; airline mum

Cebu Pacific Air would neither confirm nor deny it had entered into an out-of-court settlement with a group of passengers that was on board its plane that overshot the runway of the airport here on June 2.

Investigators on Sunday examined flight recorders and other evidence to try to determine the cause of the airliner crash in Moscow that killed five people, an official said.
