Countdown revelries to 2013 goes nationwide for the first time

For the first time, the New Year countdown celebrations have become a truly nationwide affair in the country, with street parties, live performances and fireworks displays laid out for New Year’s Eve revelers from Baguio City in the north to Tagum in typhoon-ravaged Mindanao.
