TUGUEGARAO CITY?After attending a Christmas party Monday night, seven media men were seriously hurt when their Toyota HiLux rolled over several times while cruising along a highway in Tuao, Cagayan.
Senior Supt. Moro Virgilio Lazo, Cagayan police director, identified the media men as Rogelio Sending Jr., assistant manager of DZGR-Bombo Radyo-Tuguegarao; Johnny Calubaquib, editor of weekly Cagayan Star; Simeon Dilan, Philippine News Agency senior editor; Aimar Rara, dzYT correspondent; Cayetano Tuddao, Clearview cameraman; Jacinto Meman, radio commentator and chief of staff of Cagayan Rep. Manuel Mamba; and Primo Agatep, Agence France Presse stringer.
They were on their way home from a Christmas party hosted by Cagayan Rep. Manuel Mamba in Barangay Naruangan in Tuao.
A companion, Edmund Pancha, Clearview anchorman, was not hurt, police said.
