The chief of the Caloocan City anticolorum task force was killed when he was ran over by a van Wednesday morning. Al Santamaria, head of the Reform Department of Public Safety and Traffic Management, identified the fatality as Eutemio Reinoso, 49, the chief of a task force conducting a crackdown on public utility vehicles operating illegally in the city. The victim was clearing Deparo Road of colorum vehicles when a van ran over him, killing him instantly. “He could have earned the ire of people engaged in the operation of illegal vehicles,” Santamaria said.
