Over 80 entrepreneurship sophomores of Miriam College will show how they are following in their parents? footsteps through ?EntrePinay Homegrown!: Teens Inspired by Own Family Businesses? to be held March 19-31 at Level 1 East Wing Robinsons Galleria. Malou Gatchalian, faculty in charge, said the theme was chosen because majority of the students had families with their own businesses. For their projects, the students became more knowledgeable about their families? businesses and drew inspiration from them for their own commercial ventures. Roseann Coscolluela-Villegas, corporate public relations manager of Robinsons Land Corp., said Miriam College?s theme highlighted the importance of succession in family businesses.
