Social workers taught skills to manage protocol on rescue operations

More than 40 social workers and service providers from the government and non-government organizations in Central Visayas were gathered by the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD) last week to educate them on the modified social stress model (MSSM) in managing children in need of social protection and the basic protocol on rescue operations as well as get an update on the different laws for social protection programs, such as like clearance for minors travelling abroad to mitigate human trafficking.
