Security beefed up worldwide after Boston blasts

Police in Los Angeles, New York City, Washington, London and other cities around the world stepped up security Monday following deadly explosions at the Boston Marathon.

Highway Patrol: 8 die in California tour bus crash

A tour bus crashed with a pickup truck on a rural mountain highway in Southern California, killing eight people and injuring dozens of others, authorities said.
