WASHINGTON ? Iran's leaders will face "growing consequences" if they ignore obligations over their country's nuclear program, US President Barack Obama warned Wednesday in an address to Congress.

Obama, giving the annual State of the Union address, renewed his pledges to work for a world without nuclear weapons and pointed to efforts to punish North Korea after its nuclear test last year.

"And as Iran's leaders continue to ignore their obligations, there should be no doubt ? they, too, will face growing consequences," he said, in his prepared remarks.
