MANILA, Philippines – (UPDATE) All storm signals were lowered after tropical depression “Tino” weakened into a low pressure area, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tuesday.
In its 11 a.m. weather bulletin, Pagasa said the low pressure area was seen 120 kilometers north-northeast of Casiguran, Aurora.
However, the eastern section of Northern and Central Luzon will experience occasional to frequent rains which may cause flashfloods and landslides, the state-run weather bureau warned.
