MANILA, Philippines -- The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) filed charges on Thursday against a policeman who allegedly killed former Occidental Mindoro province vice governor and radio commentator Crispin Perez.
Charged with murder at the Department of Justice (DoJ) was Police Officer 2 Darwin Quimoyog, who was assigned to the Magsaysay Municipal Police Station in Magsaysay town, Occidental Mindoro.
Perez, 66, was shot dead inside his home in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro last June 9.
