CEBU CITY, Philippines—One of two motorcycle-riding gunmen shot at a Cebu City assistant prosecutor in the village of Mambaling here Tuesday afternoon, police said
Cebu City Assistant Prosecutor Patrick Osorio was onboard his vehicle, which had slowed down after it was caught in heavy traffic, when the gunman fired twice at the vehicle at 4:37 p.m.
The police said Osorio, who was wounded in the stomach, was brought to the Miller Hospital on N. Bacalso Avenue Cebu City for treatment. They said Osorio needs to undergo an operation.
