MANILA, Philippines -- Typhoon “Pablo” (international codename: Higos) grounded eight domestic flights out of Manila, the Manila International Airport Authority said Tuesday afternoon.
Seair, Asian Spirit and Philippine Airlines flights to Kalibo, Calbayog and Caticlan were cancelled because of turbulent skies over the Visayas and Southern Luzon, MIAA flight monitoring as of 5.30 p.m. showed.
