MANILA, Philippines -- Cebu Pacific cancelled two flights to Caticlan and one to Tuguegarao Monday because the airline’s propeller plane needed repairs.

The airline said Caticlan passengers were accommodated on its Kalibo flight while the flight for Tuguerao was rescheduled to Tuesday.
