3 oil firms cut prices by P0.50/L

MANILA, Philippines ? (UPDATE) Chevron Phil. Inc. and Phoenix Petroleum will slash oil prices by P0.50 per liter effective midnight Tuesday.

Chevron Communications Manager Toby Nebrida said their price cuts, starting at 12:01 a.m., would be implemented on regular and premium gasoline, diesel, and kerosene.

Meanwhile, Phoenix will have the same price adjustments for gasoline and diesel effective 10 a.m. Tuesday.
