MANILA, Philippines - Senator Francis "Chiz" Escudero will finally reveal on Tuesday his political plans in 2010, a statement from his office said on Monday.

"Senator Francis ?Chiz? Escudero will make an important announcement on his political plans for 2010," said the statement.

The announcement will be made at the Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan at exactly 8 a.m., it further said.

It was on the same venue where Escudero pulled a surprise when he announced his resignation from the Nationalist People's Coalition last October 28.

In his speech, the senator asked that he be given time to decide whether or not to join the 2010 elections.

Escudero said his options were to seek the presidency, run for vice president or not just participate in next year's elections. Talks were ripe, however, that he would run for vice president next year.
