MANILA, Philippines?Wedding wishes from Senator Manuel ?Mar? Roxas II?s colleagues in Congress poured in as he tied the knot Tuesday with broadcaster Korina Sanchez.

All hoped for a happy and lasting marriage for the couple.

Speaker Prospero Nograles said he wished that the couple?s ?tribe increase with many, many children who will inherit their talents and political savvy.?

Bayan Muna party list Representative Satur Ocampo said, ?I wish Mar and Korina a wedding to remember as they begin their lives together as husband as wife. May their love for each other prove as strong as their declared commitment to serve the public through their respective fields, and will go stronger as time goes by.?

?As William Shakespeare wrote: 'Let the meeting of true minds admit no impediments.' Let Mar and Korina have their happily-ever-after story. I wish Mr. and Mrs. Mar Roxas all the best,? Ocampo said.

Roxas? party mates in the Liberal Party, Representative Lorenzo ?Erin? Tanada III of Quezon province and Rufino Biazon of Muntinlupa said they wished Roxas and Sachez a happy and long life together.

?They should not let other people get in the way of their love for each other,? Biazon added.

Gabriela party list Representative Liza Maza and Cavite Representative Elpidio Barzaga Jr. said they hope that the couple would live ?happily ever after 2010.?
