MANILA, Philippines -- Court of Appeals Associate Justice Juan Enriquez has inhibited himself from handling the habeas corpus case filed by two of the three suspects in the controversial drug case.

The raffles division said the case, involving sons reportedly from prominent families, would be re-raffled Thursday.

Enriquez did not give any reason for inhibiting from the case. He merely sent a letter informing the division of the need to re-raffle the case.
