MANILA, Philippines—Seventy-eight out of 184 passed the Interior Designer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Interior Design this month, the Professional Regulation Commission announced Friday.

Test result of one examinee “was withheld pending final determination of her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations,” the PRC said without elaborating.
