MANILA, Philippines -- Southern Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorm while Visayas and Mindanao will be cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Saturday.
The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening, said the state weather bureau in its 12:15 p.m. bulletin.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the east and southeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the east and variable over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate except during thunderstorms.
