MANILA, Philippines?February 16 has been declared a non-working holiday in Caloocan City in commemoration of its 49th founding anniversary.
Mayor Recom Echiverri issued Executive Order No. 001-11 to give residents the opportunity to take part in the celebrations of the city?s Foundation Day.
In a statement, Echiverri said it would be a non-working holiday government employees and the business sector. There will also be no classes in all schools in the city.?Kristine Felisse Mangunay
