MANILA, Philippines ? A still undetermined number of people were pinned under debris and 12 families were affected when a wall collapsed in Caloocan City after strong rains Friday afternoon, authorities said.

Initial data from the city?s Reformed Department of Public Safety and Traffic Management office said the captain of Barangay 164, North Caloocan had reported the incident and requested for immediate assistance for the affected families.
