Asistio to appeal court ruling striking him off voters list

MANILA, Philippines?Caloocan mayoral candidate Luis ?Baby? Asistio is set to file his appeal at the Caloocan City regional trial court (RTC) on Tuesday to question a Manila trial court (MTC) ruling ordering him removed from the local voters list.

Asistio will also file a case against the MTC Branch 52 judge at the Supreme Court for gross ignorance of the law.

Asistio accused the judge of corruption that?s why he is bringing his appeal to the RTC.
